UKirk Tallahassee offers housing to full-time students at TCC, FSU, and FAMU. Preference is given to students active in the PCUSA, but all students are welcome to apply. These prices are competitive to on-campus housing. As such, the rental of rooms is based on semester (not monthly or annual rental, like an apartment). There are 3 rooms, each able to accommodate two students. Room 1 & 2 are the same. Room 3 is a studio, with a kitchenette. All three rooms have access to a full-size kitchen. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking are included. Interested students should review the Resident Handbook to see if living at UKirk is a fit for them.
